SalePosPro Registration Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: when the day you start use or registration onwards
By registering for an account with SalePosPro (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Platform.
1. Account Registration
1.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to use the Platform on behalf of your business, if applicable.
3. License and Use
3.1 SalePosPro is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for managing your business operations.
3.2 You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Platform;

Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access;

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
4. User Data and Accuracy
4.1 You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any data entered into the Platform.
4.2 SalePosPro is not liable for errors or losses resulting from incorrect user-provided information.
5. Trial Period
5.1 SalePosPro may offer a free trial period for new users. The duration of the trial will be clearly indicated at the time of registration.
5.2 During the trial period, you have access to the Platform’s features to evaluate its suitability for your business.
5.3 Trial accounts may automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled in accordance with the platform instructions.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are subject to the current pricing policy.
6.2 Payments must be made in a timely manner. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6.3 All payments made after the trial period are non-refundable. The reason is that SalePosPro provides digital cloud-based services in real-time, which cannot be returned or revoked once accessed. This ensures fairness and sustainability of the service for all users.
6.4 Taxes and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the User.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and store your data.
7.2 You agree to secure your devices and login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
8. Service Availability
8.1 We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee constant availability.
8.2 The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Suspension and Termination
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.
9.2 Termination does not release you from obligations accrued prior to termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalePosPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or loss-free operation.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, logos, and documentation, remain with SalePosPro or its licensors.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
